Margie is originally from Long Island, New York. Her family moved to Florida when she was a young child and she grew up in Miami Beach and lived and worked in the Fort Lauderdale area until moving to Cape Coral. Margie went to college at Florida State University in Tallahassee, majoring in Advertising and Public Relations. Go Seminoles! John grew up in upstate New York, and went to Syracuse University. He later moved to Ft. Lauderdale where they met. Margie & John have lived in Cape Coral since 1999. After many years of vacationing in this area and loving it, they finally made the move. They love the relaxed lifestyle, especially the beach, boating, fishing, golf, and truly taking advantage of all Southwest Florida has to offer. Margie says, “How lucky we are to live and work in paradise and be able to help other people realize this dream!” After 17 years in the area, they have an extensive knowledge of the neighborhoods, and real estate values. Margie and John have both been in sales and customer service her entire careers. After many years in the telecommunications industry, she became a Realtor in 2010. She is a skilled negotiator and closer. She also brings her knowledge of technology to aid her clients in their home search.
